The YWCA is celebrating 100 years of service to the Dallas Community with a Centennial Gala, "100 Women, 100 Years," to be held on Saturday May 3, 2008, at the Hilton Anatole Hotel. Entertainment will be provided by Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter Natalie Cole.

We are honoring 100 women who have made meaningful and long lasting contributions to Dallas from 1908 to 2008. Through their hard work, passion and generosity, these legendary women have created and supported the institutions, reforms and social services that make life worth living in our city.

What better way to empower women than to remember and recognize the women who made powerful use of their time, intellect and resources for all the citizens of Dallas.
