Controller - Reporting to the CEO, this position will play a major role solely processing and administering the financial forecasting and key financial/accounting practices that includes, but is not limited to the following: Prepare and present monthly financial reports with innovative analysis and financial forethought to the CEO, senior management and the Board; analyze financial information providing timely and accurate financial recommendations to CEO, senior management team and the Board for decision-making purposes; drive, design and administer budgeting, forecasting, reporting procedures and all assistance with the audit preparation in a fast-paced environment; maintain compliance for donor restricted and foundation gifts and other funding sources; monitor financial performance which includes maintaining the general ledger, processing accounts payable/ receivables, and contributions, including grant reporting on public and private grants.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of senior level financial experience within a non-profit organization. A bachelors degree or equivalent is required with a strong desire for a CPA and/or MBA. Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) - NFP is one of the most successful, evidence based social and health intervention programs in the country. NFP enrolls first-time, low-income moms early in pregnancy, providing education and support through the child's second birthday. NFP has proven to produce significant effects on maternal, child and life course outcomes. YW NFP serves 300 families, employing 12 Nurse Home Visitors and 2 Nurse Supervisors. Each Home Visitor serves approximately 25 families. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Home visits to enroll eligible clients; consultation and collaboration with clients and families; record-keeping as outlined by the NFP Guidelines; provide mentorship and prenatal and postpartum instructional guidance using NFP guided curriculum.

Microenterprise Program Manager - The Microenterprise Program Manager will work closely with the Chief Program Officer to complete the design and launch of a microenterprise development program. Primary responsibilities include: completing the research and design along with conducting outreach, planning and delivering microenterprise training and assistance to individuals engaged in self-employement or microenterprise development including low-income and non-traditional entrpreneurs. The position will work with the YW Financial Empowerment team, volunteer services and marketing department to develop and maintain resources and organizational partnerships that contribute to the development of the microenterprise program.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as an owner/manager of a small business. In addition, the ideal candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills and teaching experience with knowledge of group process, training and adult learning theory and practice.
