WEC Business Resources Specialist - Women’s Enterprise Center (WEC) Business Resources Specialist will work closely with the Director to implement WEC business services, a micro-enterprise development program, to members by providing mentorship and assistance with engaging self-employment of microenterprise development to low-income and/or non-traditional entrepreneurs. Microenterprise Business Trainer - Through the Women’s Enterprise Center (WEC), YW provides a comprehensive microenterprise development program to female entrepreneurs. The Business Trainer is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the business training components. This position works closely with entrepreneurs, community experts, volunteers and YW staff. The WEC complements YW’s existing economic empowerment services and is integrated into service delivery; therefore, the Business Trainer must be able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
