Community Coordinator- The Community Coordinator is responsible for the execution of all education components within the Financial Empowerment (FE) program including securing host sites, promoting classes and coordinating course delivery in order to ensure program targets are achieved. The Coordinator works closely with the volunteer department to ensure workshops are scheduled as requested and executed per agency procedures. This position attends courses as needed to monitor delivery. The Coordinator works closely with the communications department to ensure partners, participants and stakeholders are aware of the FE program. Chief Advancement Officer - YWCA of Metropolitan Dallas (YW) seeks a Chief Advancement Officer to lead ongoing fund raising initiatives and marketing & communications for the organization. The Chief Advancement Officer will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to increase financial support and organizational awareness. The CAO will focus on unrestricted agency support, while assisting in the promotion of program‐specific funding. This position will ensure the effective design, development and implementation of the communications and public relations program to build awareness of YW and grow the YW brand. Volunteers and Internships - In addition to paid staff, YW relies heavily on the support of its volunteers. From time-to-time, YW offers unpaid internship opportunities to undergraduate and graduate students.
