Grant Writer - The YWCA of Metropolitan Dallas seeks a full-time Grants Writer to initiate grant research tactics, prepare grant proposals, reports and maintain the grant database.   A successful candidate should have grant writing experience with the ability to prepare and submit clear and concise information, understand database standards, be detailed orientated and execute fundraising strategies. Microenterprise Business Trainer - Through the Women’s Enterprise Center (WEC), YW provides a comprehensive microenterprise development program to female entrepreneurs. The Business Trainer is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the business training components.  This position works closely with entrepreneurs, community experts, volunteers and YW staff. The WEC complements YW’s existing economic empowerment services and is integrated into service delivery; therefore, the Business Trainer must be able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Development Manager -  The YWCA of Metropolitan Dallas (YW) seeks a full-time Development Manager to execute key components of the agency’s annual fund raising plan.
